Peak to Valley Builders LLC was founded by Brittney Brock, and her partner Adam Moa, who believe that quality construction should come with honest communication, fair pricing, and genuine pride in the finished work.
Adam built his expertise from the ground up — literally. Starting with hands-on excavation and concrete work, he expanded his skills across site prep, drainage, structural concrete, and carpentry. Every project he takes on carries his personal standard: if it isn't built right, it isn't done.
Brittney brings operational excellence and client care to the business. She's your first point of contact, your project coordinator, and the person who makes sure you're never left wondering what's happening with your job. Together, they've built a company where clients feel like neighbors — because in Whatcom County, they often are.
